Every graduate at Ichinen Bridport has to demonstrate a defence against the most common attacks
Each one defence against following
situations:
1. One person pushes, hands to
chest, followed by the pusher striking to the head.

clothing grab, one handed, followed by a punch to the head / or a head butt

clothing grab, two hands, followed by the knee to the groin.
