New self defence courses in Bridport

With Ichinen Bridport you have made the right choice for your self defence training. Grandmaster Horst D. Lindenau (15 black belts altogether, professional sports teacher) offers his knowledge to you. Come along to one of the classes, either the classic Japanese style Jiu-Jitsu or the modern Blackcombat self defence .

The regular BlackCombat Sunday session which was at 6.00 pm is now earlier at 3.30 pm. Lesson is held at Dojo 86 and is open for all interested individuals who like to improve their self defence skills.
