Master Lewis A. Harris (2nd Dan Jiu-Jitsu) from Ichinen Bridport expressed his satisfaction when examining Jason Deelchand for his 5th Kyu yellow belt in traditional Japanese Jiu-Jitsu.
Jason had to demonstrate following skills;
Break
falls: Roll forward, backward roll, roll sideways, fall forward,
backward and sideways and 1 roll over an obstacle.

Theory:
Judo,

law, Japanese terms, Dojo etiquette, anatomy.
Here
at Ichinen Bridport we teach the art not for sport or take part in
championships, but purely for self defence and well being, self
discipline and individual growth.
