Car self defence training in Bridport
Martial artists from Ichinen Bridport train realistic self defence outdoor in a car park. Several scenarios were studied, to improve safety when attacked in your own car. This was a special seminar with Grand Master Horst D. Lindenau founder of BlackCombat.
