Self defence training Bridport area

If you're looking for self defence training, this blog gives you all you need to know if you live in the Bridport/Dorset area. This local martial arts school is under supervision of a highly qualified martial artist, Grandmaster Horst D. Lindenau from Bridport. (6th Dan BlackCombat, 2nd Dan Jiu-Jitsu, professional sports teacher since 1999 and former German champion).

At Ichinen Bridport you can start all year round and join any time. Children age 6-14 are training on a Thurstday in Bridport, British Legion hall, 5.30-6.30 pm.
One month training for you child only £ 30.

Adults or children they fit in can train Thursdays at 7.00 pm same place.
One month training for adults is only £ 40 (2 sessions!)
